What we deliver.
Paratransit, demand response & NEMT
Door-to-door or curb-to-curb service for ambulatory and wheelchair riders, with drivers who assist riders from the door to the vehicle and into the destination.
Reservations, dispatch & scheduling
Trained reservationists and dispatchers who plan advance reservations, subscription (standing) rides, recurring treatment trips, return rides and connections to fixed-route transit.
Safety & driver qualification
Drivers trained in passenger assistance and wheelchair securement through our own NEMT Driver Readiness Academy curriculum, and covered by our FTA drug and alcohol testing program.
Statewide coverage
