Two days of hands-on driver training from INcareTrans in Greenwood, Indiana: real vehicles, real scenarios, and a clear competency rating at the end.
Two days. Real vehicles. A clear result.
The academy is a two-day, hands-on driver training program for non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT). It's built and taught by an operating NEMT and paratransit fleet in Greenwood, Indiana. We built it to teach new drivers what we expect of our own: how to keep passengers safe, respected and on time.
Taught by people who do the job.
Taught by people who do the job.
Our trainers work inside a running NEMT and paratransit operation, not a classroom-only program.
Hands-on with real vehicles.
Securement, lifts, ramps and transfers are practiced on INcareTrans fleet vehicles, not slides.
A clear result.
Every trainee is rated Ready, Needs Coaching or Not Yet Cleared, with a documented INcareTrans completion record.
